Shift work sleep disorder – four easy lessons can be learned by a child!

But how much sleep is enough? The standard advice that I hear from experts is that there is no 'right' or 'wrong' – that's right for you. So when people like Madonna says they can get through four hours of sleep, (she is a shift worker too?) – This iscertainly possible, but not desirable.
Now for the lucky souls who work "normal hours" – that is 9-5 – the vast majority of these people that are 7-8 hours of sleep is certainly want to help their bodies recover from a hard day's work.

So if you try to sleep underdays or when someone else has the lights in the house – make sure there is absolutely no light can enter the room.
